The categories of nonpublic information that we collect from you may include information about your personal finances, assets, income, social security numbers, and contact information. We also collect information about your brokerage accounts and transactions (such as purchases, sales, account balances, inquiries, etc.). We use this information to help you meet your personal financial goals.
We do not provide your personal information to mailing list vendors or solicitors.
With your permission, we disclose limited information to attorneys and accountants with whom you have established a relationship. You may elect to have us discontinue sharing information with these nonaffiliated third parties by notifying us at any time by telephone, fax, email, or in person.
We require strict confidentiality in our agreements with unaffiliated third parties that require access to your personal information, including financial service companies, consultants, and auditors. Federal and state securities regulators may review our Company records and your personal records as permitted by law.
Personally identifiable information about you will be maintained while you are a client, and all information is archived and will be maintained beyond the current federal and state securities law requirements. Our firm is set-up as a paperless office. Therefore, all records, images, forms, etc. are maintained in a secure, online document vault. All files are encrypted in transfer and at rest.
Our policy about how we obtain and disclosure information may change from time to time. We will provide you notice of any material change to this policy before we implement the change. We are required by law to deliver this Privacy Statement to you when you become a client and thereafter annually, in writing.
